Element Garden

The hotel is really great! We found the apartment with kitchen and here we got all possible equipment: there were pans, pots, pans, coffee maker, all the cutlery, even the grater and grill tongs. The room was on the top floor, so the window was small, under the ceiling, but it didn't spoil the room at all. It was bright inside and the air was fresh. Everything was very clean: floors, bathroom, towels, dishes, linens. It is nice to rest in such a place. I liked that the room had a separate space with chairs for and a table where you could drink coffee and read. The lighting in the room was well thought out, so it was very comfortable. My special thanks to the hotel team who were very welcoming, helped us with our belongings and were quick to respond to all requests. The staff is very friendly, that’s true. We enjoyed our vacation so much that we decided to stay again!

We had a great stay at this apartment during our time in Istanbul. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All the basic facilities we needed were available in the apartment, making it very convenient. The location was also excellent—just a 5 to 7-minute walk to the city center and surrounded by plenty of great food options. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Cozy, lovely

Quite basic accommodation, but clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The staff on reception were excellent; they provided valuable information and readily advised on local matters eg public transport and trips, obtaining best prices. They could not have been more helpful. The hotel is very handy for Taksim Square and the tram service which facilitates easy transport around the city. We enjoyed the varied breakfast of traditional cuisine.

An excellent, wonderful, new and clean hotel. The room has everything you need, even an iron. It is close to Taksim, one minute away. It deserves a much higher value because you will feel that you are in a real hotel, unlike other places where you may feel anxious. The staff is wonderful, Cavid and Ilkin, especially Cavid. He is a wonderful person, a young man who speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. Turkish, Azerbaijani, and a little bit of Arabic. He can solve any problem for you. He is a genius. I will always respect them. I thank them very, very much. You are respected.
